Is cleaning a science or an art? Is expertise achieved through repetition or innovation? Can it be systematic and still be personalized? Cleaning is often thought of as a labor intensive, boring task that nobody wants to do. Taking out the trash and cleaning a dirty bathroom sparks very little enthusiasm in most people. But at CCS we take pride in our work and by doing so find enjoyment in making the facilities we service look their best day in and day out. Whether it’s cleaning a hotline that has seen a busy day, or bringing back the shine to a well-traveled floor, we care about what we do and how we do it.
We specialize in all aspects of the commercial cleaning industry, servicing some of the finest restaurants, schools and museums that the county has to offer. We believe that every client has unique needs and that cleaning is a creative process that is constantly evolving and improving, creating greater efficiency and ultimately better cleaning. We believe that cleaning is not entirely about speed (sometimes the hare cleans better than the tortoise!) or cleaning products. Rather, it is the attention to detail and the organized, systemic approach to the task at hand that produces the best cleaning results.
Here are some of the businesses we service:
We learn about the personalized needs of each of our customers through our hands, providing onsite training at each new account. Our inspections are conducted when our cleaning crews are on site, enabling us to give direct, immediate feedback and resolve issues quickly. We understand that our customers have varying communication preferences, and believe that sincerity and timeliness are more important than posturing and protocol. We adjust our cleaning schedules and techniques to what makes the most sense and we always keep in mind that the cleaning we provide should always serve the best interests of our clients.
