Close Working Relationships:
Management routinely cleans alongside staff, allowing a two-way transference of skills and knowledge.
While inspections during normal business hours are fine and give management a chance to receive in-person feedback from clients, the most efficient and effective inspections take place outside of normal business hours while the cleaning crews are on site. This allows management to assess and inspect work while it is being done and to provide accurate and immediate feedback. Issues are quickly resolved in a correct and lasting manner.
Real Cleaning Experience:
Members of our management team are required to have at least five years of account cleaning experience. Classroom training is a plus, but nothing replaces the knowledge that is learned through the hands.
Ongoing Development of Efficient and Reliable Cleaning Techniques:
We love to learn and improve what we do. As our efficiency increases, the cost to clean decreases. Finding a better way to clean is our mantra!
Personalized Cleaning Schedules:
We will customize a cleaning schedule that fits your needs. Time and time again in this business, cleaning schedules are inflated with items that are beyond the realm of possibility given the price and the number of hours allocated for daily cleaning. We believe that it is not the size of the cleaning schedule but rather its accuracy and effectiveness that will determine how satisfied you are with the daily cleaning.
We Don’t Sell Cleaning Franchises:
We are not going to take your cleaning contract and sell it to someone who may or may not be motivated to perform their best night in and night out. We also do not hire commissioned sales people who are only interested in securing cleaning contracts for franchisees and who are inaccessible once you sign on the dotted line.
Hands On Training:
We don’t show our cleaning staff a few videos and then throw them the keys to your business. We train our staff to clean YOUR facility on site. This is crucial to our success. We can assess their skill level and attitude and quickly decide whether or not they are the right person to clean your establishment.
